Beaumonde Homes are proud to announce that they will be building an exciting new charity home for the West Coast Eagle Football Club in the Port Bouvard Development.

This executive two storey home is to be build on land supplied by Port Bouvard at lot 309 Southport Bouvard, Port Bouvard backing on to 'The Cut' golf course. This beautiful home will contain three large minor bedrooms, home theatre, family/meals/kitchen area overlooking alfresco, upstairs sitting, study and main bedroom with resort style ensuite.

Currently final design sketches are being finalised for submitting to council for approval. We anticipate being onsite in February/March 2008 with completion scheduled early 2009.
