Beaumonde Homes are proud to announce, that we will be building a new display home in Iluka.

The home will be build on land supplied by Satterley at Lot 1668 Burns Beach Road, Iluka. This beautiful home will contain four bedrooms, three bathrooms, theatre and family entertaining area overlooking a feature splash pool with alfresco area to side.

Currently working drawings and selections are being finalised for construction start date and anticipate being onsite in June 2006, with completion scheduled approximately June 2007 for the public to view.
