The latest being the company's flag ship 'The Portland', an exquisite, innovative two storey home recently opened in Princeton Estate, Stirling.

Elio's partner Barry Hegarty is Beaumonde Homes' registered builder and supervises Beaumonde Homes' up-market single and two storey homes on the coastal strip of Perth. Barry has no peers when it comes to building. A tireless worker, Barry is hands on supervising six days a week and is the main man behind Beaumonde's superb reputation.
