MBA Housing Awards Night
The 2007 MBA Housing Awards were held at the Perth Convention Centre on Saturday night 15th March 2008. Beaumonde Homes were one of the most successful companies on the night with seven entries in this years awards having five homes which were either a category winner or finalist as listed below:

2008 WCE Charity Home
The 2008 West Coast Eagles Charity Home in 'Dawesville Estate' is in the final stage of completing work drawings and colour selections. The Beaumonde Homes Built Charity Home is scheduled to start on-site mid April with completion approximatley February 2009.

WCE Jumper Competition Winner
Premiership player Andrew Embley presents the framed 2007 signed jumper to the winner Mrs Lynn Marsh of Martin at the offices of the West Coast Eagles FC.
Lynn is a West Coast Eagles member and her daughter has just signed up to build their dream home with Beaumonde. I'm sure this framed jumper will look magnificent in your home.

2007 Jumper Competition
Everyone who visits the West Coast Eagles charity home before june 30th will be given the chance to win a framed, signed 2007 West Coast Eagles guernsey.
Part proceeds from the sale of the charity home will go to support the development of junior football in Western Australia.

Charity Home Open
The 2006 West Coast Eagles charity home at Princeton Estate Stirling is now open for public viewing on saturdays and sundays from 1pm to 5pm. This magnificent executive two story residence is situated at lot 710 Cnr Messina & Saverno avenue in Stirling.
With the team playing next week in melbourne, is a perfect opportunity for footy supporters to visit the home. Plus, everyone who visits before June 30 will be given the chance to win a signed framed 2007 West Coast Eagles guernsey.
Part proceeds from the sale of the 2006 charity home will go to support junior development of football in Western Australia.

20th Year
Beaumonde Homes celebrated not just the end of the Financial year on Saturday night at Oceanus Restaurant, but their 20th year operating as a business. Beaumonde Homes opened their doors to the public on the 1st April 1986.

Bodhi Temple
A cleansing ceremony was carried out today by Deputy Abbot in Cannington for Bodhi Siska Buddhist Society's new temple and offices. The ceremony is to bless the construction site to run smoothly and without hinderance.

The 2006 West Coast Eagles Charity Home in Princeton Estate is in the final stages of completing working drawings and colour selections. This Beaumonde Built Charity Home is scheduled to start on-site early next year (January 2006) with completion approximately December 2006.

HIA Housing Awards Night
The HIA Housing Awards were held at the Burswood Grand Ballroom on Saturday 22nd October. Beaumonde Homes had a few entries in this years awards, with our Individual Home at Hawkins Road, Mount Pleasant winning the Contract Category of $500 - 750,000.

WCE Charity Home Sold
The 2004 West Coast Eagle Charity Home at Princeton Estate is officially sold. It is a great result with part proceeds going into Junior Football in WA. This weekend of 20th and 21st being your last chance to visit this Beaumonde built charity home.
